The film tells the story of the world-famous Viennese whore Josefine Mutzenbacher. It begins with Count Bobby, who always lives out his sex drive without restraint. Now, however, he is to be married in order to finally produce a progenitor for the noble family. This does not please Count Bobby at all, and he pretends to be the "other way around". The family then sends him to a very "special kind of cure", to the well-known Viennese whore Josefine Mutzenbacher, which excites Count Bobby all the more, resulting in a wealth of hot sex experiences.
